  1. Hello! Welcome to ESL Class!

  2. Today we will learn: Greetings/Introductions, Classroom Phrases, Numbers

  3. When you greet someone, what do you say? Hello Hey Hi

  4. After you greet someone, how do you introduce yourself? Hello! My name is (say your name). OR say Hi! Nice to meet you. Let me introduce myself. My name is (say your name).

  5. Lets practice greetings and introductions! Hello/Hi/Hey My name is (say your name) Nice to meet you.

  6. What do you say when you are leaving? Goodbye! Bye! See you later! Later!

  7. How do you fully introduce yourself? Say hello . Say your name. Say where you work or something you like to do.

  8. *EXAMPLE* Hi! My name is Gracie and I am an English teacher. Hello! My name is Gracie and I like to play the guitar!

  9. What are some common phrases to say in a classroom? Can I go to the bathroom? Can I borrow a pen/paper? Can you repeat that? // Can you slow down? Can we practice that again?

  10. Numbers! 1 - One 6 - Six 2 - Two 7 - Seven 3 - Three 8 - Eight 4 - Four 9 - Nine 5 - Five 10 - Ten
