RESOLUTION RESOLUTION RESOLVED, that the Michigan Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission (MICRC) hereby approves a contract not to exceed $49,999.99 to effectuate a direct mail campaign to rural areas and the Downriver area within the State of Michigan with United Mail for outreach to households without internet access prior to the 2nd Round of Public Hearings, in accordance with the Policy for Approval of Expenses adopted on January 7, 2021 in Resolution 2021.01.03, and pursuant to the budget adopted on March 11, 2021 in Resolution 2021.02.13, as well as Resolution 2021.08.08 Approve Direct Mail Campaign. The MICRC authorizes the Executive Director to execute the direct mail campaign contract on behalf of the MICRC.
