District Updates District Email Changes Notify SWOCA (update distribution lists, helpdesk accounts, AD accounts, etc.) Have new/additional staff added to SWOCA Distribution Lists Send ticket with names & email addresses of those to be added Get new staff set up for all necessary applications PB Suite, Data Collector, ODDEX Audit existing accounts Remove access for people no longer employed by the district Update access for people in different roles (building moves, position changes, etc.)

Training Reminders Register via website please ensure you get email notification Add reminder to your calendar SWOCA will send reminder email prior to session to registered attendees Provide documentation for printing Evaluations Please complete the training evaluation that is sent after the session (link is included in the certificate of attendance email) Used to determine future sessions and gauge success of session
Training Updates Webinar & Face to Face Options for 2021-2022 Webinars for sessions lasting 1 hour or less Will offer Face to Face sessions in addition to webinars for PB Suite module training lasting more than 1 hour Webinars will be recorded and posted for those who need a refresher or missed the face to face session
