  3. HVAC News All of our buildings are maintaining strict compliance with HVAC maintenance. Quarterly filter replacement Regular maintenance All lab areas are 100% outside air intake, constantly circulating fresh air Classrooms and office centered areas have maximized outside air. Additional filtration has been deemed unnecessary but if you have specific health issues, feel free to reach out and we ll engage EHS for further examination of your workspace Consultant inspected HVAC system at Carolina Square. Report determined that they far exceed industry standards for frequency of filter replacement and MERV standards (13 MERV of 16 max) https://facilities.unc.edu/news/operational-updates/hvac-systems/

  4. What about housekeeping? Housekeeping will focus on high-touch surfaces multiple times a day and each night. Night cleaning includes spraying all hallways, restrooms, stairwells and elevators with sanitizer. Restocking of classrooms.   5. Need a break? Atrium caf planning to reopen August 2. Food no longer limited to only the lower atrium and cafe seating is being returned to normal capacity in the atrium. Enjoy the outdoor courtyard seating! Tent in front of MHRC will remain through December 2021 Working with UNC Facilities Planning for future outdoor spaces

  6. Hoteling options? Outlook booking Faculty and Staff only Short term use (up to 8 hours) Central Rosenau Hall location 8 stations
