In this lesson, students will learn to identify correct answers to questions about hotel services, write sentences for complaints and apologies, and create descriptive paragraphs about holidays. They will also practice giving opinions on hotel facilities and services, expressing approval or disapproval. Tasks include reading activities and assignments to reinforce learning outcomes.
