  7. THEFACTABOUTTHEILLUSTRATION This illustration depicts the mangrove forests. These mangrove forests are usually grown in saline, muddy and partially waterlogged areas. Due to the saline soil, the roots of these forest trees are quite scattered and cannot go deep into the soil. Indonesia, Brazil, Australia, and Niger account for 43% of the world s mangrove forests. Located in Bangladesh, the Sundarbans is the single largest mangrove forest in the world and is recognized by the world as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

NOWCOMPAREYOURWRITINGWITHMINE The National Memorial is the National Monument Of Bangladesh, set up in the memory of those who died in the Bangladesh Liberation War of 1971, which brought independence and separated Bangladesh from Pakistan. The monument is located at Savar, about 35 km north- west of the capital, Dhaka. It is known as "Jatiyo Smriti Shoudho". It is the symbol of the valour and the sacrifice of those killed in the Bangladesh liberation war of 1971. The monument is a masterpiece of seven pillars representing the 7 different years of demonstration which basically lead to our Independence in 1971. Years are 1952, 1954, 1956, 1962, 1966, 1969 and 1971 designed by Syed Mainul Hossain. The front pillar is 150 feet high which represent 1971.
