  7. Take a moment to first, SILENTLY reflect on significant decisions you have made in your life. This could be anything from your career choice, relationship choices, choosing your closest friends, and deciding where to live. Pick one area to write about in your journal. What is it about being SILENT, troubles you? How has SILENCE enriched and or hampered the way you communicate with others?
