1. UNIVERSITY APPLICATION PROCESS

2. COMPLETE APPLICATION Complete Admin sections This includes your universities- ones you want to go to. You can send your application off with 3 in and add 2 later Have one aspirational. 2 or 3 at your predicted grades. Insurance below predicted grades- make sure you want to go to your Insurance

3. EXAMPLE I am predicted 3 Bs Aspirational choice ABB 3 choices at BBB Insurance BBC or BCC IB- have a 3 to 4 point swing in choices

4. PERSONAL STATEMENT A- Activity- what did you do? B- Benefit- What did you learn? C Course- how does your activity link to your chosen course? Unis want to know why you are fascinated by your subject Alison Wilson in Tuesday 1stOctober, 0900-1530, to support your writing of these- send me an email for a 20min appointment

5. PROCESS TO SEND OFF APPLICATION Once your Personal Statement is complete and you have completed all the admin part, make an appointment to see you Mentor. If you are finding your Personal Statement difficult speak to your mentor. You mentor will complete your reference and then contact a Superchecker

6. SUPERCHECKER Superchecker will check though application/ PS/ Reference Either agree it is ready to go or send it back to the Mentor for adjustments

7. FINAL CHECKER The final checkers are Miss Jackson, Mr Falle and Mr. Price They are the only ones who can send your application to UCAS They/ we will check GCSE certificates have been checked Application/ Personal Statement and Reference are error free You pay 26. 50 -Card payments only And then SEND!!!

8. GAP YEAR If you take a gap year, we will still support you with your application

9. EMPLOYMENT AND COMMUNICATION Employment opportunities will be through EMAIL All communication will be through EMAIL
