  1. 2020-21 SCHOOL RE-OPENING WELCOME BACK

  2. DAILY SCHEDULE/EXPECTATIONS MASK MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES!

  3. DAILY SCHEDULE FINAL SCHEDULE PENDING Office will be closed daily to the public from 9:00 am- 9:40 am to provide additional supervision Gates will open 15 minutes prior to the start of the school day To ensure we follow safety protocols, no students will be allowed on campus early. All students must enter campus through the two designated gates: (1) at the back parking lot and (2) at the front of the school Back Gate: All students must pass through the thermal scanner Front Grate: All students must have a manual temperature check Any students who arrive later than 10 minutes after the start of instruction, will need to enter through the front office for a temperature scan and tardy pass

  4. SANITIZATION-SAFETY PROTOCOLS IN PLACE Upgrades have been completed at WRMS-Ventilation systems upgraded utilizing advanced filtration and bipolar ionization before students return to campus for protection from airborne threats. Click on QR code for FUSD facility update regarding air purification devices. Filters w/Merv 11 + Bipolar Ionization = Merv 16 Hospital grade filtration Temperature checks will be required for all who enter the school campus. Hand Sanitization available on campus. Masks must be always worn to protect our students, staff, and visitors. Weekly iAuditor by admin to check campus for proper COVID 19 protocols If you see something or are concerned, please let us know.

  5. SANITIZATION-SAFETY PROTOCOLS IN PLACE Masks must be worn. Social distancing will be enforced in classrooms and on school grounds COVID ROOM is available for students who exhibit signs of sickness Adjusted busing schedules and observance of social distancing with one student per bench. Approx. 12 students per bus Signage and floor markers will be clearly visible throughout campuses and classrooms. Student to student 3 feet Teacher to student 6 feet

  6. SANITIZATION-SAFETY PROTOCOLS IN PLACE Routine cleaning and sanitization will take place daily. All rooms have Hand sanitizer Lysol wipes Bottle spray sanitizer and paper towels Gloves Nightly Fogging of classrooms Classrooms will receive deeper sanitization on Wednesdays & Saturdays Soap, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and sanitary wipes will be available in all meeting areas and classrooms. Water fountains are not available. Encourage students to bring water bottles

  7. CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS Assigned Seating Same seat each day Students 3 feet apart Water Bottles students can have water bottles & will remove mask to take a drink but should be 6 feet away from others. Desk shields 1 per student desk

STUDENTS REQUIRED TO BRING LAPTOPS DAILY STUDENTS REQUIRED TO BRING LAPTOPS DAILY Students need to bring sleeve/headphones/stylus leave charger at home DAILY SYNCHRONOUS WORK FOR ALL STUDENTS DAILY SYNCHRONOUS WORK FOR ALL STUDENTS students who opt to remain on distance learning will continue to participate in synchronous and asynchronous learning. Wherever possible, students will maintain connections with their current teachers. Paperless instruction INSTRUCTION EXPECTATIONS continue to eliminate contact Attendance A student is present whether they are online or in class

  9. LUNCH/PASSING PERIOD Passing periods 7 minutes between classes Teachers/Aide supervision in hallways Flow of traffic to help with crossing paths. Up STAIRS vs Down STAIRS walking traffic follow foot decals. Meals will be pre-packaged and provided as "Grab and Go" meals Students will have lunch while observing social distancing. Mask must be worn except while eating 10 new picnic tables for upper quad area have been ordered. Masks must be worn at all times

  10. RESTROOMS Restrooms will be open and monitored regularly Out of service signs have been placed on sinks/stalls for social distancing. Restrooms will be cleaned every 2 hours

  11. STUDENTS NOT FOLLOWING SAFETY PROTOCOLS Student not wearing mask EXTRA MASK IN CLASSROOMS-PROVIDE AS NEEDED Remind student mask must be worn correctly Ask student to step outside class Call front office for student to be removed from class

  12. PE MUSIC Tables will be put into E108 Encourage students to dress comfortable on the day they have PE. No wind instruments, only string or percussion at this time. Music 1st digital curriculum to be used for instruction.

  13. What to tell our students returning. Encourage students to write down classroom # s or print a copy of their own schedule. Bring with them: laptop & headphones in the sleeve provided to them Water bottle Hand Sanitizer Mask Paper & Pencil/pen? Books are not needed Exception Literature book
