The Learning Center is undergoing an LMS upgrade project with User Acceptance Testing, production environment preparation, and a detailed timeline leading to the go-live date in November. Key tasks include user training, system availability updates, role assignments, content creation, and post-production support. A blackout timeline is in place to manage system downtime effectively. Ensure completion of courses before blackout dates and anticipate system availability changes.
