Academic physical therapists affiliated with entry-level physical therapy programs who are institutional members of the American Council of Academic Physical Therapy (ACAPT) and have an interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion. DEI Consortium members are provided a forum in which to examine biases, assumptions, and world views to nurture a progressive community that will promote the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the pursuit of excellence for the education and profession of physical therapy.
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consortium s purpose is to promote real change that supports increased accessibility and opportunities for everyone in education and profession of physical therapy.
