ONYX 24 Release Dates When is ONYX 24 globally available? Global availability is expected to be available in July 2024 Anyone who purchased on or after March 1st, 2024, is entitled to ONYX 24 at no charge but must request the update prior to September 30th, 2024 ONYX 22 is our previous version; ONYX 21 is our legacy version (earlier versions are not supported) ONYX 24 is available through ONYX Advantage or a new license: Upgrade and purchase requests can be made by contacting an Authorized ONYX Reseller or by emailing sales@onyxgfx.com ONYX 24 is available for all ONYX software products including ONYX Thrive and all ONYX RIP products How do customers get the new release? ONYX 24 will be immediately available to existing ONYX Advantage agreement holders ONYX 24 will be immediately available to all ONYX Go subscribers Downloads will be available by visiting www.onyxgfx.com/downloads/

Current, Previous & Legacy Versions Current Version: Current Version refers to the latest version of our RIP software. It is fully supported by Onyx Tech Support and development teams. Previous Version: Previous Version refers to the version that immediately precedes the Current Version. It is fully supported by Onyx Tech Support and development teams. Legacy Version: Legacy Version refers to two versions behind the Current Version. It is fully supported by Onyx Tech Support and development teams. Unsupported Version: Any version not listed under Current, Previous, and Legacy are unsupported. Printer Drivers for unsupported versions will no longer be available. The software install packages for unsupported versions will no longer be available. Technical support assistance is not available for unsupported versions. Current Version: ONYX 24 Previous Version: ONYX 22.5.1 and ONYX 22 Legacy Version: ONYX 21.1.1 and ONYX 21 Unsupported Version: any version before ONYX 21. ONYX 19, ONYX 18
