REAL ID TSA extended deadline to October 1, 2021 RMV is not currently issuing REAL IDs for renewals Standard license/ID renewal available online AAA offices are issuing REAL IDs for renewals 4
RMV RESERVATIONS Reservations for limited transactions can be scheduled online at Mass.Gov/RMV or call the Contact Center at 857-368-8000 : Pittsfield Plymouth Springfield Worcester Boston Brockton Fall River Lawrence Extended Service Hours at all Locations. 5
RMV Reservations Customers who make an appointment are advised to: Arrive on time Be prepared for their visit at their selected location Wear a face covering Arrive by themselves - family and/or friends must wait outside 6
Learners Permits and Road Tests Learner s Permits The RMV is working on a solution to offer online Class D and M permit exams starting mid-June. Until then, the RMV is not offering Class D or M knowledge exams. Road Tests The RMV is also working on a plan to conduct road tests following safety guidelines. 7
