SELECTED OPTION: Find a way to communicate better with business partners. POSSIBLE EXPERIMENT: Use the BMC to model a business and to describe its value to better communicate with partners and stakeholders. WHO: ACTIONS: Run the Business Model Canvas as a workshop with 3-4 stakeholders from IT and Business. Front-Stage 1. Print the BMC on A2 2 to 3 times 2. Put on a wall in a meeting room with plenty of post its and sticky notes. 3. Take a business from the business model blitz and model it as a team for 15 min 4. Take your current project or major internal initiative and try to model the business around it 5.
