A quarterly comparative analysis report enables each department or office to take stock of its previous or current performance with a view to identifying areas for improvement. It is noteworthy that any Department that comes first at the annual assessment gets rewarded by a salary bonus for its entire staff while the head goes to Harvard for a course.
