Budget and Fee Structure: Budget: $35,000-$40,000 total Includes Game and practice transportation, field use and equipment, insurance, officials, player packs, stat service, banquet, etc. Fee Structure: $500 per player due February 1 Checks to - Creekview HS Girls Lacrosse Fundraising / Sponsorship Discount Structure Raise $0-$499 player fee=$500 Raise $500-$999 player fee=$250 Raise $1000 or more player fee=$0

  8. Player Expectations: Be on time Be prepared Make the commitment Fulfill the commitment Lift your team Lift yourself Be the player you can be Adopt a successful attitude Play with your heart

  9. Parent Code of Conduct: Any parent found to be acting in a disrespectful or unsportsmanlike nature at practices and/or games will be escorted from the playing vicinity immediately. If the behavior continues, the player and/or parent can be dismissed from further team activities, practices, and/or games as decided by the coaches and/or voting executive board. Please encourage, support and cheer, leave the officials to the coaches on the field. Not every game will be officiated perfectly, please do not engage the officials or other teams, allow the coaches to run their sidelines. How Can Parents Help? Get involved with fundraisers and game day Good nutrition and hydration for your girls Enforce bedtime and time management Be a positive example Communicate
