  2. What Is Power Saver Rewards? Power Saver Rewards gives you BILL CREDITS when you reduce energy use during a Flex Alert. During a Flex Alert, use energy before 4:00 p.m. or after 9:00* p.m. to help prevent a power outage and get rewarded! Power outages disrupt lives and harm vulnerable people and communities. Thereisnopenaltyif youdon't reduceenergyuse,and therearenopenaltiesfor not signingup. Millionsof peoplehavealreadyearnedbill credits! *Flex Alerts are commonly issued from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. but may be issued outside of those hours.
