XULAs Mission Xavier University of Louisiana, founded by Saint Katharine Drexel and the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament, is Catholic and historically Black. The ultimate purpose of the University is to contribute to the promotion of a more just and humane society by preparing its students to assume roles of leadership and service in a global society. This preparation takes place in a diverse learning and teaching environment that incorporates all relevant educational means, including research and community service.

XULA Entrepreneurship Institute Sales for Social Impact 3M A social enterprise class in which we partner with a non-profit that serves low income individuals Feasibility study to launch an entrepreneurship program for ex-offenders Feasibility study and promotional plan to offer microloans to New Orleans startup entrepreneurs Feasibility study for the creation of a business incubator in the Central City section of New Orleans Marketing plan for a farmers market in New Orleans to attract BIPOC Business plan for the construction of bus shelters with a New Orleans motif by high school students Feasibility study for a kitchen incubator Developed an urban farm to sell affordable and healthy food to low income residents in New Orleans
