Providing leadership in transportation construction quality improvement through cooperation among member agencies such as CFL and WFL AKDOT&PF, CDOT, ITD, MDT, ODOT, UDOT, and WSDOT. WAQTC focuses on standardizing test methods, developing AASHTO standards, offering training and qualification programs, and supporting technician certification reciprocity.
