How to Solve a Murder Collecting evidence is crucial when trying to solve a murder. Detectives, criminal investigators and medical examiners work together to collect evidence. While medical examiners examine the body to try to determine the causes of death, investigators work hard trying to find a motive and other evidence.
Lets Look at the Suspects Mr. Haff Note Mr. Haff Notes- Long time friend of Simon, but was not as successful as Simon. Even in his early years, Haff Note was in Simons shadow. Simon was Homecoming King and Haff Note was runner-up. Even though Haff Note wasn t as successful, they were friends for a long time. A Bottle of Eskalith, a lithium carbonate used to treat depression, was found at Simon s house. It was missing about 12 pills and that s about 3 days worth of pills. That is not enough to poison someone. He was in New York on business.
Ima Bimbeaux Ima Bimbeaux- She is a nurse that s kind of dumb. She spent a lot of time alone with Simon. She could have poisoned him or messed up the machines Simon was hooked up to. But what would she get out of this? She was a bimbo that probably didn t take good care of Simon. According to her profile, life maintenance equipment failed under her watch . Maybe it was an accident, because the machines were found not working and she is not very smart.
Techno G. Eek He was the Baclofen pump technician. He knew Ima Bimbeaux and was out of town on a conference to Washington. He serviced the Baclofen pump two prior to his death. We believe that this pump was the source of the beeping that was heard by Bimbeaux, Vios and the detectives.
Lyan D. Vios Lyan D. Vios- His name was on an email that was sent to JW Butler. He was having an affair with Golda, Ano s widow. He was a long time business partner. Handled all the money for Ano and Note. His fingerprints were on exhibit 4, the Flag House letter. He was the last person to see or be with Ano.
gold digger 300x255 gold digger Golda Digger Golda Digger- She is Simon s widow and may have reason to want Simon dead, like a will or life insurance. This is motive! She was having an affair with Mr. Vios, one of Simon s business partners. Strike two! A bottle of Wellbutrin, a drug used as an anti-depressant and to help people stop smoking, was found close to Simon. It was missing 25 capsules! Strike 3! But I don t know if this drug was found in Simon s body or autopsy! Take away strike 3.
