  2. THE GERMAN LANGUAGE German is spoken mainly in central Europe. It is the official or co- official of Germany, Austria, Switzerland. German is one of the major languages in the world. It is a native language of almost 100 million people worldwide. Learning German for many beginner level language students is found difficult, however German isn t nearly as hard to learn as you might think. Now we will be seeing the pros and cons of learning a foreign language like German.

  3. PROS OF LEARNING GERMAN It is a valuable language for business. Germany is major economic player on the European scene and a significant one world wide It makes you more employable It makes it easier for you to learn other languages such as Dutch , Norwegian, Swedish or Danish It will make it easy for you to work and live in Germany If you manage to assimilate German grammar, then you can learn any language.

  4. CONS OF LEARNING GERMAN It s a very difficult language to learn . It takes a lot of time ad can be frustrating. The sentence structure is a bit odd at times with the verbs going at the end of sentences and you will find it quiet different as a non- German speaker German is popular worldwide like mandarin, Spanish or even French

  5. CONCLUSION In the end its up to you. Remember that the German language is not just a language but an alternative culture to a dominant culture. Even though you can find learning a new language difficult, with hard work and determination you can achieve anything
