A DREAM IS JUST A DREAM... A GOAL IS A DREAM WITH A PLAN
AND A DEADLINE

SMART GOAL
POOR EXAMPLE:
I will lose weight.
BETTER EXAMPLE:
I will lose 15 pounds by
December 31 by eliminaging sugar
from my diet and through a routine
of walking 10,000 steps a day and
exercising.

Divide your calendar into days, weeks, months
