Regular school attendance is crucial for students to succeed academically and socially. Chronic absence can harm a student's progress and increase the likelihood of dropping out. Missing even a small percentage of school days can cause students to fall behind. While there are valid reasons for absences, unexcused absences can negatively impact a student's education. It is essential to verify and provide reasons for student absences to maintain their academic achievement.
