What is security report? ? The report is a document that a security officers or security guard writes. It includes many details about events occurring within s person s shift .these reports contains investigations & observations & they are crucial to ensuring safety & accountability. Here are five types of security reports that you might need to complete at work.
There are five types of security reports are:- Daily activity: - this is a summary overview of the events& activities that occur during your shift. It includes details about your routine & only unusual things you notice. 1. Incident:- An incident reports details a specific incident that occurs on the property you are responsible for securing this would include things like volatile Individual theft or a fight. 2.
3. Accident: - This gives detail about any accident that occurs on the property you secure. This would include like a fall, broken objects or large spills. 4. Maintenance: - A maintenance report logs the condition of security equipment & Grounds that you protect. It offers information about things that need updates , repairs or replacement. 4. Summary:- summary reports offer feedback on a large scale & they concern a period longs that one shift. This could be an overview of a week, month ,or quarter. The report ask your thoughts & assessments of potential areas of vulnerability.
Hospital security services Security system in the hospital is a must because: - 1. Hospital is a people intensive place. 2. Provide services to stick people round the clock. 3.Any body has an access to any part of the hospital any time for advise & Treatment. 4.The hospital atmosphere is always filled with emotions, excitements, care & happiness, Death & sorrow. 5.The hospital staff operates in a tense atmosphere resulting in irritation conformation, conflict & aggression, threatening life of hospital staff. 6.hospital uses very costly equipment fixtures & machines whose safety is essential. 7.Not only hospital but also safety of patients attendants & their property is the moral Duty of the hospital.
Electronic surveillance system:- 1. The entire security network is connected to computer through a server. 2. The security personnel sitting at surveillance centre can monitor activities in various areas of the hospital. 3.The system has a recoding provision where activities are constantly recorded and can be viewed as & when required. 4.People working in surveillance rooms are well trained & familiar with functioning of the computers in the system. 5. The system had automatic alarm system, initiated of there is a breech in security or intruder trying to fiddle with the system. 6.There should be SOP to run the system. 7. Electronic engineers are responsible of maintenance of system. 8.It has a viral protection system preserve Date & not destroyed. 9.The System functions round the clock & continuously record Data.
Mixed security system:- 1. It is better to have a mixed security system. 2. In certain sensitive area guards should be physically deployed to take immediate action like emergency & wards , gates 3. Other areas can have electronic screening & close circuit Tv 4. The mixed system will be cost effective as well as more efficient & can avoid immediate security risks like man handling & protection of staff.
Why are security reports important: - Accurate security reporting is essential to maintaining order & presenting the physical safety of a space. Reports that offer adequate details of events , routines & incidents provide insight & information regarding potential hazards or weakness. Reviewing these reports allows for honest reflection or protocol, policy & procedure which is crucial to preventing or pre-empting unsafe situations. Courts, detectives or lawyer s may also request or subpoena these document as evidence.
