  2. Achievement Orientation Achievement accomplish one's goals and to meet or exceed a high standard of success. orientation is a drive to Achievement-oriented people often want to do things better or more efficiently than they have been done in the past.

  3. Achievement Orientation It means having the drive and passion to accomplish goals, excel in all you do, and be successful. These individuals that fall within this category are always striving to improve their work and be more efficient.

  4. Achievement Orientation They want to see results and do better than others. Lastly, they often set high goals and standards and work hard to achieve them.

  5. Achievement Orientation As you might expect, achievement orientation is about getting results. It can be about working towards excellence; or a personal desire to do better than you did last time or to do better than others.

  6. Achievement Orientation People who are achievement oriented set high standards. They take time to think about how well they have done something and look for new and better ways to improve their skills and performance.
