  4. What is a Shofar? Ancient musical instrument mentioned in the Bible 72 times! Horn of any kosher animal, except a cow (because of the sin of the golden calf)

  5. Characteristics of a Shofar No two shofars are alike~each one is unique, just like every person is unique Curved to symbolize the bent and humbled spirit appropriate for Rosh Hashanah, the New Year Hollowed and decoration-free inside Decorations allowed on the outside

  6. Shofars come in all shapes, sizes & colors, just like people.
