Being an effective leader is something that take
years experience however, being a leader can
mean many different things. You don’t have to be
in charge of a multi million pound company to be a
leader.

Taking charge of small experiences or challenges
will help develop your skills.
Some people don’t like to be a leader and often
prefer to be led by others. That’s totally fine as
long as you can offer your skills in other ways and
have an understanding of taking on individual
tasks.

As seen in the picture, leading is often helping
people in any way you can.
