Your role .as the university supervisor, you must strive to keep all the parties working toward a commongoal: to keep the placements for our candidates positive and effective. Title Find your 12:00 partner and talk about actions and behaviors that support this goal. What actions and behavior undermine this goal?
Our Students We can anticipate LOTS of emotional/mental health needs. Title We can also anticipate flexible and resilient students Students might need reminder about professional behaviors, such as punctuality, grooming/hygiene, confidentiality, engagement, etc. How do we balance grace and accountability? Campus resources What do we do about OTHER struggles?

Trauma-informed classrooms Lynn Burdick, ELED program coordinator, will present on Thursday, 8/17 Title Seminar topics devoted to this as well
CRTL Standards Find your 6:00 partner and jot down a few ways your standard might be observed through a candidate s behavior/actions. Title Discuss the opportunities and challenges of the standards. Share out.
