  2. Vision Statement Vision Statement Our vision is to be a premier, world class school in which every student acquires an excellent education. Our school will be a welcoming center organized by high-quality teaching and learning.

  3. Mission Statement Mission Statement Our mission is to inspire possibilities for student success through a broad range of unique teaching and learning opportunities.

Practices and Policy Alignment Practices and Policy Alignment Ensure practices and policies directly relate to the mission and/or vision Be prepared to answer questions related to the purpose of policies and practices Foster teacher leadership Review policies and procedures regularly Use mission and vision as a destination; Our Map.

  5. 2. Desirable Employees Desirable Employees Higher individuals that are: Dedicated Passionate Higher individuals that have: Growth Mind Set Willingness to be the change in order to make the change.

  6. 3. High Professional Standards High Professional Standards Develop a set routine Maintain using structured policies Uphold school s policies Take the time to introduce and review each aspect transparently.

  7. 4. School Safety School Safety Full implementation of school policies and procedures Full understanding of all school related procedures, functions and expectations surrounding each area

  8. 5. Staff Development Staff Development Trainings tied to Vision and Mission Focus on continuous improvement Everyone engages by providing shared values

  9. 6. Make It Visible Make It Visible Post it on the classroom walls and hallways Attach it to emails, letterhead, manuals, etc. Post it on all employee and student applications Use social media i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. List on agendas

  11. 1. Communication Communication Develop opportunities to involve stakeholders Provide opportunities to educate the community Collect Feedback Share and celebrate successes
