Chairman s Report The Association is a Rate Payers organization It serves all property owners in St Francis Bay Membership is voluntary Its primary focus is liaising with the Municipality on behalf of rate payers The Committee has completed the second year of its 2 year election mandate provided at the 2021 AGM It funds its own community projects

SFPO Association AGM SFPO Association AGM Membership: Membership: - Membership has grown from 250 members in 2020 to 583 in 2023 - We are focusing on bringing value to our members and St Francis Bay through our services and projects - We communicate to our members and wider community through : o e-mail newsletters o social media o online news service (St Francis Today) o our website at www.stfrancispropertyowners.com - The growth in membership has increased our ability to invest in meaningful community projects

Boots on the Ground will take over - Upgraded Main beach ablution and car park - Improved beach access at Ann Avenue, George Rd and Peter Rd - Cleared Erf 400 and Erf 554 - Cleared paths on Erf 53 - Completed Pathway linking Sea Vista to CBD - Implemented storm water drainage solution at Link Road

SFPO Association AGM SFPO Association AGM ONGOING Projects & Roles: ONGOING Projects & Roles: - Maintaining the gardens around the Village Entrance - Monitoring and reporting to the Municipality pothole repairs required around St Francis Bay - Liaising with KLM wrt the recent storm damage to our coastal infrastructure - Rolling out Wheelie Bins Keep Kouga Clean! - - Santareme Santareme o Focusing on infrastructure improvements : through Committee members David Harpur and Johan Viljoen who represent the interests of Santareme, St Francis-on-Sea, the Port and Otters Landing o Two Harbours Walk : Continue to assist the Kromme Enviro-Trust with repairs o Granny s Pool improvements
