President Report Infrastructure - Permanent Pitch, Container racks Warriors qualifying for Regionalliga Sponsorships for permanent pitch Social Media & Recruitment New kit for members SelCom in place Broad plans for 2024 51 54 members 3 Teams 2 in RL, 1 in VL T20 format for 2024 not yet decided Youth and women good BLSV funding 2 indoor and 2 outdoor slots available Saturday match slots to be requested from BC Attaching Joint tournament planning with Ali Strive hard to continue sponsorships 1 or 2 positions in BCV Interaction among teams 3 clubs within a club RL performances T20 performances Some members not getting opportunities in league matches, leading to conflict with captains Losing sponsors We didn t do enough to retain them Losing members bad choice to bring back Rohit. We didn t do enough to retain other Warriors.

Lions Report o T20 and T40 performance o Batting clicked bits and pieces. o Inconsistency in performance o Fielding and catching o Internal conflicts in other team impacted us Team bonding, close finishes, team discussion, great enthusiasm and passion for cricket among players. Potential new talent: Manju, Manav, Rajesh,Askhay, Rohit Verma,Taheer, Nitesh, Deepak, Ali, S hivam, Vinod Old lions were good, but expected lot more Match exposure and presence. Active participation in friendly matches Broad plans for 2024 Fresh team in RL Goal to have the right team combination in the Regionalliga. Equal opportunities to all the capable and performing players in the club.

  6. Falcons Report One of the best teams ever.

  7. Lost many matches in T20. Fielding was not up to the mark. Lack of batting depth. New friendships were forged a win for the sport ! Put Falcons on the map Many teams came up to us and said you guys should be the top team in BATCC. Team treated badly had to play as a dummy team. No support from other BATCC teams to ensure fairness. Placed in top-3 in RL 40 overs Team camaraderie. Plans for next season This is not going to be same Falcons teams. Hopefully future members of this team will continue the team spirit and culture.

Club R&R - New Role Responsibilities Mode / Name President Coordination with BC Attaching, BCV, DCB Monthly governance meeting to ensure smooth operations Plans for next year Attend BCV / DCB events like AGM Discuss problems with BCV in quarterly meetings Build relation with BCV board and arrange funding from BCV, wherever possible Conduct BCV games on Attaching pitch Neogtiate for hall, ground slots with BC Attaching Bring BLSV funds for youth and women along with treasurer + Attaching Install a voting mechanism in the governing body to arrive at decisions Ensure website is updated with player details (single source of all information) Update portals cricclub, BCV portal, Spielerpass with data from website Coordinate with ligaleiter during the season on behalf of captains Arrange friendly matches Arrange tournaments Allotment of ground to captains during season Read the SPO properly and help captains in dispute resolutions with BCV / DCB Appoint umpires each week Elected Secretary Elected

Format We will follow the format followed by BC Attaching President will conduct the elections, counting will be done by someone not contesting Elections will be conducted for each post meant for election A member nominates himself for the post. He has to be seconded by another member for the nomination to be considered valid Nominee gets 2 min to speak about himslef and his plans Then the members have to vote for or against the person by hidden ballot Elected member has to formally say YES and accept the vote and the role The proceedings will be recorded and appended to the AGM presentation Ideally one person for each of the 9 roles in the governing body

Plans for 2024 High level summary is presented only Elected members to prepare a detail plan in present in January 2024 Winter halls on Saturday evening and Sunday morning Winterliga may happen in Jan 2024 structure not known yet We will limit to max 54 members in the club 3 teams in summer league Lions and Falcons in RL, Warriors in VL T20 league format is not known yet, but will be a league structure Women and Youth important, we may get nominated as youth center of excellence Summer practice Monday, Friday evening Summer matches Sunday + Few Saturdays We need sponsors! We need club bonding activities!
