Survey Results Best Meeting time 5:30 (30%) Meeting preference Split between Zoom, in-person, and no preference Will be on Zoom for this semester. What does money raised from Fundraisers go toward? School Fundraisers Each year has a different initiative- this year it is teacher development Trainings and certifications for teachers PTFW Fundraisers Teacher appreciation and support Fall and Spring teacher appreciation lunches and gifts Helping with teacher wish lists Helping to meet other requested school needs

Spirit Night Updates- Amanda Melton Dairy Joy October (date will be shared once it is finalized) Chipotle December 9th 5:00-8:00 Dine in or take out, flyers and codes will be shared closer to the date Anthony s Coal Fire Pizza February 17th Time and details will be shared closer to the date PDQ April (date will be shared once it is finalized)
Joy Boutique Takes place in December for 2 days (week of December 7th) Students shop for presents Donations needed: Items for students to purchase Gift wrap Gift bags Tissue paper Cardstock for signs Scotch tape Gift tags Pricing stickers
Poinsettia Sale- Marolda Cameron Funds raised go to athletics Orders will be taken 11/2-11/30 Poinsettias will be delivered 12/8 and can be picked up between 2:30-3:30 Digital order forms will be available, and families will pay online
Box Tops How submit? Scan receipts All you need is your phone- Download the Box Tops app, shop as you normally would, then simply scan your store receipts to find participating products. The app will automatically credit your school's Box Tops earnings online You can still send them into school as well attn: Lisa Milne Please submit by October 30th- deadline is November 2nd for this semester
Spirit Store Update The Spirit Store will be opening with social distancing and limits to the number of shoppers in the store at one time! Be on the look out for an email regarding days, time, and details for protocols that will be sent soon.
Homeroom Parents All classes have a homeroom parent! If you are a homeroom parent, you ll receive an email with some helpful tips and your teacher s favorites and wish lists (if they submitted it)
