To develop avenues of hospitality and fellowship toward BCS faculty,
the students, and parents/guardians

To improve and enhance the quality of our school

To be a positive public relations agency to our school community

Receive Meeting Agenda (will provide template) from President/VP and distribute to all
BCS families and post on BCS PTFW webpage via school webmasters
Record Meeting Minutes (will provide template) and distribute to all BCS families and
post on BCS PTFW webpage via school webmasters
Keep PTFW webpage updated with current Spirit Nights, meeting agenda/minutes,
fundraisers, etc. (this should be the one stop shop for all things PTFW)
Submit to your Admin any social media posts you wish to have pushed through (any
reminders, birthday shout out announcements, etc. that have been discussed and
approved by the board)
Fine Arts
Assist in both school plays (must attend all productions)
o
Coordinate flowers and balloons for guest purchase, concessions and welcome area
for attendees
o
Work with Mr. V in creating cast shirts
o
Create Sign Up Genius for volunteers needed at all productions
Share updates with Secretary and Exec Board

Spirit Shirts are worn on Fridays with normal school bottoms

In the past, the store has been open during the week, and we are
looking into purchasing options

2020 shirts are in limited quantities and will sell out, so order

Include your/student name, Grade/HR teacher, Shirt size and
design letter

FACTS will be billed for the sale
•
$20 plus tax for short sleeve, $22 plus tax for long sleeve
