SurveyGizmo What is it? Online survey engine Easy to use interface for survey creation Capability that will be incorporated into redesigned RESAP application RESAP Redevelopment 9
SurveyGizmo Why did we choose it? Contains features that allow the RESAP administrators to develop more flexible, sophisticated surveys using features such as branching and skipping Modular enough to allow us to incorporate survey functionality into a new RESAP application, and extend features if needed Excellent vendor support Provides the ability to programmatically retrieve RESAP data for reporting and workflow purposes (Robust API-application programming interface) Several desired out of the box features (e.g. offline surveys). 10
Survey Gizmo How will we use it for our pilot? Goal 1: Test the viability of tablet usage for on-site assessments Goal 2: Test the off-line survey and data synchronization features offered by the survey engine Goal 3: Exercise the survey engine s report generation features out of the box.
