Reflections and Plans for Improvement: Fife.InS:PIRETeam
Reflecting on the recent program, the team identified successes and areas for improvement, such as the need for more personalized approaches and enhanced patient interactions. Exciting yet challenging, they plan to test new strategies focusing on peer support and individual tailoring. Seeking help on utilizing ALISS and encouraging cohort interaction, they also highlight the importance of press communication and missed opportunities for outreach.
