Reason for the Consultation
 
Fife Council wished to collate the views of people who were interested in
helping shape the Short-term Let Licensing Scheme.
This was introduced under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982
(Licensing of Short-term Lets) Order 2021, which came into force on 1
March 2022.
Fife Council is required to have a scheme in place by 1 October 2022.

Annual Gas Certificate (for premises with a gas supply)
Electrical Installation Condition Report
Portable Appliance Testing Report
Additional Information Required for the Application:
EPC Rating and Expiry Date (For Secondary Let Dwellings)
Buildings Insurance Expiry Date
Public Liability Insurance Expiry Date
Legionella Risk Assessment Date Complete
