  3. How we calculated the Distance (D) gloscol.ac.uk We used the SunEarthTools website to calculate the distance D. The distance from Gloucestershire College to the 45 degree parallel is 767.5km. Gloucestershire College

Distance from the 45 degree parallel is 767.5457 km Minimum Length of Shadow: 145cm Zenith Estimate: 12.35 pm however, the actually zenith was apparently 12.18.
