BACKGROUND AND EVALUATION CRITERIA RFP was advertised on: 19 June 2022 in Sunday Times 20 June 2022 PIC Website: www.pic.gov.za and LinkedIn. Closing date is 20 July 2022 at 11:00 AM To be submitted electronically to tenders@pic.gov.za. Bidders can respond via email size:up to 10mb), one drive (Dependant on bidder) or WeTransfer (up to 2GB). In all instances bidders must use tender reference number and send to tenders@pic.gov.za Deadline for submission of questions is 14 July 2022(tenders@pic.gov.za) Questions and answers will be published on PIC website. SCOPE OF SERVICES Implementation of the Telephone & Data Line Services Telephone Line Services Migration of existing on-premises PABX telephony services to a cloud- based solution (implementation of SBC). Integrating current telephone line services with Microsoft Teams. Porting of existing telephone numbers. Telephone Reporting System required to monitor and track the overall health of the sourced services. Dashboard to draw reports for all telephony services Billing services for business usage control. Filtering capabilities. Visibility of costs of all calls (individual and group) Recording services for the telephone lines in the PIC dealing room phones. 9 Internal Use Only
SCOPE OF SERVICES Implementation of the Telephone & Data Line Services Data Line Services Works as a last mile access link that will connect the PIC office to the service provider s nearest point of presence. Equipment Maintenance & Support Services Technical Support Services for the rendered services. Configuration and installation of all service-related software and equipment endpoints.
