  1. Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) www.westsussex.gov.uk/CSE Raising awareness of CSE 2016-2017

  2. Intro to raising awareness Child sexual exploitation IS happening in West Sussex. As a county, we are aiming to raise awareness of it and how to prevent it. Our CSE campaign began on CSE Awareness Day (18th March 2016) aimed at boys and girls aged between 13 and 17. This presentation has been designed to help you introduce your pupils, colleagues and parents/carers to CSE. The material we have supplied in this presentation can be used in a variety of different ways. PSHE lessons, tutor time, inset days and more.

  3. Resources for teachers Introducing your pupils to CSE can be difficult, use the funny tea/consent video from Thames Valley Police. We upload all information and campaign material to Dropbox. Please ask whoever is in charge of your services to use the online resources on Facebook/twitter, your school website and any other platforms you may use.

  4. Resources for pupils We have created a survey for pupils based around CSE. The start has no right or wrong answers they are questions to get them thinking (what is a healthy relationship?) The second part of the survey is more of a quiz. Questions asking the pupils if a scenario is legal or illegal. The quiz should take around 15 minutes for pupils to complete.
