  2. Once the form is completed : KRAs + Objectives + Performance Indicators + Competencies Rater schedules a meeting with Ratee. They agree on the listed KRAs, Objectives, Performance Indicators and assigned Weight per KRA. Decide what competencies to focus on.

  3. Key Result Areas (KRAs); Objectives; Performance Indicators;and Weight PerKRA and sign the Performance Commitmentand Review Form (PCRF).
