  2. Recent change Old system whereby GP practices would invoice the University for placements. The University would invoice Health Education England (HEE) to reimburse. New system whereby HEE make payment to practices directly -HEE placement tariff -same process for Nursing & Midwifery and Allied Health Profession learners.

  3. Tariff Nursing and AHP students attract a tariff rate of the hourly rate +MFF (1.044): Weekly rate (37.5hrs) Hourly rate 122.55 3.27 Physician associate students attract a tariff rate of the hourly rate + MFF (1.044): Weekly rate (37.5hrs) Hourly rate Daily rate 488.65 13.03 97.73

  4. The process As a new practice, the University will send you a HEE registration form along with our standard workplace agreement All students are allocated their placements through ARC Hours are logged against each student in ARC HEE have three collections points a year: -February, July and November The University notifies HEE that a placement has taken place through the Student Data Collection Tool (SDCT) HEE goes through a data cleaning process HEE writes to providers to request them to raise an invoice Invoices can take 4-6 weeks for payment

Timescale Students who completed their learning during 1st Nov 2021 - 13th Feb 2022 are Collection 7 Students who completed their learning during 14th Feb - 3rd July 2022 are Collection 8 Students who completed their learning during 4th July - 30th October 2022 are Collection 9 Students who completed their learning during 31st Oct - 12th February 2023 are Collection 10

  6. Financial illustration If you supported 2X 1styear students and 2x 2ndyear students in a year 13,682.20 approx.
