Online Timetabling provides viewing of timetables via web and mobile devices, with features like room bookings and access control. Personal timetables become available in stages, with the final edition being fully personalized. Users need a Surrey email and password for access. Google Chrome is recommended for the web interface.

What is On-line Timetabling? Online Timetabling; viewing of timetables online and via mobile devices (via iCal) including i-Phone; Android device; Windows phone Display timetables by; day; week (default); and month Room bookings and allocations can be checked Can be viewed by; students; lecturers; and faculty programme managers What can be viewed is controlled by access-rights Security and integrity are maintained within Central Timetable system 2018 3
When will your Personal Timetable be available? First Edition of Timetable will be via PDF (4 weeks before Semester)* Second Edition maybe incomplete or contain all Seminar Groups (End of Welcome Week) Third Edition refining of Modules and Seminar groups (End of week 1) Final Edition will be fully personalised to contain only your Modules and Seminar Groups (week 2) These editions are due to Registration and Revised Module selections. Please note there is no online timetabling for Research or SISC Programmes. *You may have access to the online system at this point if you have already accepted an offer of enrolment but even so, please refer to your PDF until the End of Welcome Week. 2018 4
Web Interface User will be provided with the link timetable.surrey.ac.uk Surrey e-mail User ID and Password required [access not possible until 24 hours after activating IT account and you may not be a known user to the system until the Final Edition depending on when you register and/or select your modules, as applicable] Google Chrome is recommended as the preferred web browser 2018 5

Timetable Views Multiple timetables can be overlaid and viewed via the Timetable List button displayed in the calendar title bar Click Toggle Timetable List Click Add to add a new timetable Add Timetable dialogue box will open Make selection and OK The additional timetable is now available to view Note: Access to timetables depends on user permissions 2018 7
