1. NATIONAL INVITATIONAL DRILL MEET 2018 (NIDM 2018) United States Air Force Academy(USAFA), Colorado Springs, Colorado 26 -29 April 2018

2. NIDM 2018 Chaperones SASI ASI 2 HHS faculty members (one of which is female) Cadets attending 14 Drill Team members 4 Operations Squadron cadets Inclusive dates 26 April (Thursday) thru 29 April (Sunday)

3. NIDM 2018 Travel Times Depart HHS 0400 hrs 20180426 Return HHS 1900 hrs 20180429 Cadets will make contact with parents/guardians when we are 1 hour out and again when we are 20 minutes out

4. NIDM 2018 Meals Air Force funded meals Dinner 20180426 Dinner 20180427, Lunch and dinner 20180428 Lunch 20180429 Supplied meals Breakfast at the hotel 20180427 and 20180428 Students must pay for all other meals

5. NIDM 2018 Lodging Colorado Springs area hotel, convenient to USAFA Transportation 3 rental vehicles for passengers 1 cargo van for equipment

6. NIDM 2018 Uniform requirements Drill team members must have DRILL PERFORMANCE UNIFORM DRILL TEAM SERVICE SHIRT DRILL TEAM SERVICE TROUSERS/SLACKS DRILL TEAM CORFAM SHOES DRILL TEAM PISTOL BELT DRILL TEAM BERET (blue) SERVICE HAT

7. NIDM 2018 Uniform requirements (cont d) All cadets will bring ISSUED SHOES (with cleaning equipment) ISSUED BLACK SOCKS (females: hose that compliments skin tone) ISSUED BLUE TROUSERS/SLACKS ISSUED LONG SLEEVE SHIRT ISSUED SERVICE COAT ISSUED LIGHTWEIGHT BLUE JACKET ISSUED FLIGHT CAP

8. NIDM 2018 Uniform requirements (cont d) Ops Sq cadets will wear school appropriate clothing for travel and when not on tour with the drill team Drill team cadets will bring DRILL PRACTICE UNIFORM (All three shirts and shorts) DRILL TEAM ACTION PACK GARMENT BAG TRAVEL UNIFORM
