New Time and Attendance Exception Message
Announcements New TA Exception Message March 30 Email to Approvers and Editors
Announcements New TA Exception Message Scenario One The on call should be adjusted to begin at 1830 A person working in a procedural area is pre-scheduled to be on-call from 5p-7a However, they do not finish their shift that day until 6:30p A overlap of on call and worked time of 90 minutes.
Announcements New TA Exception Message Scenario Two The new warning message will appear, but nothing needs to be done a note on the PTO could be entered. Be sure the PTO is PTOS and not PTOU An RN is scheduled to work on Memorial Day The RN swipes in and out for the Memorial Day shift The RN also enters PTO in order to receive additional holiday pay An overlap of 12 hours exists on work hours and PTO hours
Announcements New TA Exception Message Scenario Three Be sure that the SC special code (7 at the badge reader) is entered on BOTH the IN and OUT swipes A nurse is placed on call at the start of the 12 hour shift, but is called back in for last 8 hours An overlap of STDBY and 8 hours of worked time exists
Announcements New TA Exception Message Scenario 4 Remove the PTO code in API An NA had arranged PTO for a day but plans changed and she agreed to work that day. The approved PTO was not removed from API. An overlap of PTO and worktime exists.
