The NCDHR Gift General Stewards Meeting in Portugal focused on promoting fiscal transparency, participation of marginalized communities, and tech solutions for accountability. Discussions included motivating citizens on budgets, capacitating groups, and promoting GIFT principles to other organizations. NCDHR's efforts aim to deepen the understanding of participation principles for vulnerable communities through various initiatives.
