INSPIRATION - - EDUCATION The need for them arrives in several ways: As a pro-active choice to ensure the success of something As a reaction or frustration about something The in-ability to engage - for many reasons such as hierarchy, anxiousness, self-confidence, knowledge As a result of unacceptable behaviour such as bullying, dis-respect EDUCATION

You will speak your truth .in the kindest, most gracious way you can. Without judgement or moralisation. Without making assumptions. EDUCATION

EDUCATION Approach Compassionately assertive flip type questions that get answers efficiently and promote accountability on both sides. Survive Make them a part of your everyday life. Act in present time. Be brave. Don t store things up.
