  3. New LPN Rubric In the Spring of 2022, a joint CMSD/CTU Committee met to write a new rubric for the LPN role.   8. LPN Rubric Process We reviewed the LPN job description Then we reviewed the Paraprofessional rubric and the Nurse rubric We then used aligned language from the Paraprofessional Rubric as a beginning draft that would be aligned to the role of the LPN and differentiate from the Nurse rubric
