New Requirements
 
 
Create an annual permit
Require a 1

 year building code inspection, which may require
the location to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy.
Require an annual fire inspection, which your location must
pass, to obtain each years renewal permit
Require framed beds
Require a fire evacuation plan. It must be posted and practiced
Require sufficient number of accessible fire extinguishers for
the location size
Require operable smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors
Require first aid supplies be readily available
