Captain Lamberto Orlando Lamberti, Deputy Director of the Italian Navy Hydrographic Institute, presented on various capacity building initiatives at the 15th Capacity Building Sub-Committee Meeting in Paramaribo. The presentation highlighted Italian contributions, academic education programs, job training surveys, and navies cooperation, including case studies such as the development of an independent hydrographic service in Uganda.
