Intertextual Examination of Big Issue Covers
Explore the intertextual references in two Big Issue covers - one referencing Punk British identity with Banksy and Nevermind the Bollocks, and the other featuring Office Christmas parties with references to Ruth Wilson, David Schwimmer, Ozzy Osbourne, and Jeff Goldblum. Analyze how these references attract the Big Issue audience, reflect the political position of the magazine, and influence copy sales. Delve into how the lead lines of the covers engage the readers.
